GrowthX is a curated invite only community of the top growth leaders & founders in India. We take quality bar of members seriously. This means we speak to each applicant which gets shortlisted to join GrowthX and work with them on a growth problem to get a good understanding of them.
First, assess the incoming members for their problem-solving abilities & second, check for cultural fitment with the community. Just be you and you will do fine.
Introduce yourself (5 mins) Once you enter the session, you will introduce yourself to the GrowthX team & to your fellow applicants on a live Zoom call. We want to understand what problems are you working on at your workplace, and what the product that you work on do. If you don’t work on a product just yet, don’t worry → you can talk about your past experience or future plans.
Solve a case with fellow applicants (35 mins) You will be given a case to solve. This will be related to problems any product would face at any stage. Keep a pen & paper/notion/Google docs ready to write notes during the case discussion.
1:1 question (10mins) You will be asked an interesting question to understand your cultural fit with GrowthX.
AMA with memberships team (10mins) This is your chance to speak to our program directors and memberships team to ask any questions that you may have about the GrowthX experience. Use this to your advantage.
The next live immersion starts on the 1st of June & runs for 8 consecutive weekends. The typical calendar would be like this. The experience is designed as async + sync. The cells marked Red are mandatory while marked Green are optional
